The CEL&Inc. offers an incubation program for the students of Sukkur IBA University and community after every six months with capacity to incubate twenty start-ups at a single time. The incubation period can vary from six months to twenty four months depending on the nature and potential of the entrepreneurial idea. Venture development is divided in three stages 1st is pre-incubation (Idea analyze and business plan development), 2nd is the incubation (startup stage) and 3rd is the post incubation (market linkages or another). <%--The incubation period is divided in three stages 1st to pre-incubation, 2nd is the incubation and 3rd is the post incubation and services very at different stages of incubation process.--%>
