OUR CURRENT PROJECTS
The CEL&Inc. undertakes diffeent entrepreneurial projects to develop the entrepreneur culture, to promote youth entrepreneurshp, woman entrepreneurship, skill developmet and community development with different national and intrenational organization.
Social Integration Outreach Program (SIOP) 2017 is a joint venture between Sukkur IBA University and the Higher Education Commission (HEC), focusing on enhancing the technical and vocational skills among the youth in northern part of the Sindh Province. The project aims to train 35 unemployed youth to learn solar panel installation in any of the load requirement condition followed by training on rural entrepreneurship, the aspiring micro entrepreneurs trained under the project will be offered to start their micro start-ups at the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and Incubation (CEL&Inc.) of Sukkur IBA University. • Funded by : HEC, Government of Pakistn • Start Date: 07th August, 2017 • End Date: 16th November, 2017 • Location: Sukkur IBA University, Sukkur
The program aimed to produce the quality skilled work force for domestic/industrial sector of province and country to help reduce the poverty & increase the self-employability and reduce the rural urban divide and enhance access to quality training programs of the youth of underprivileged areas of Pakistan. The increased employment of the youth will result in reduction of the poverty that can produce stability in the country and this in turn will increase economic activity. • Funded by : CDP, Government of Sindh • Start Date: 17th July, 2017 • End Date: 17th January, 2018 • Location: IBA Community College Dadu and IBA Community College Jacobabad
The Program is designed to address the poverty and unemployment of youth by imparting them skilled trainings in the employable trades; viewing the dire need of society to develop quality human resource through a strategic and focused program to raise the economy of province in specific and country in general leading to a prosperous Pakistan. Moreover, it would improve the socio-economic conditions of masses and generate employment opportunities. This program will also increase the public and private sectors efficiency via well placed trained and skilled work force. In order to aleviate poverty, enhance employment opportunities, provide skilled workforce to large, medium & small scale industry and to meet the international labour market needs, the Government has initiated "Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program. Under this program, 25,000 Unemployed Youth (belonging from lower and middle class families) will be provided Skill Development Training in demand driven trades.
